Anger Management

This explains so much: “We can feel anger on an unconscious level, and leave it there for years on end. It can come out as panic attacks, fogginess, problem eating, or it can it clamp that libido right down.” Is that what panic attacks are? Anger is a way to vent and can be used a locust for change… I can get behind this kind of anger.
